- Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time spent on pages
- Consent records: TrustedForm certificate URL, consent timestamp, and the specific disclosure language you agreed to at the time of form submission

2. How We Collect Your Information
We collect information through the following methods:
- Intake forms with explicit consent: When you submit our contact or case evaluation form, you provide information directly. All form submissions are TrustedForm certified — we use ActiveProspect TrustedForm technology to create an independent, verifiable record of the consent you provided, including the exact disclosure text displayed at the time of submission.
- Automatic collection: We automatically collect technical and usage data when you visit the Site through cookies, web beacons, and analytics tools (see Section 7).
3. Why We Collect Your Information
We collect and use your information to:
- Connect you with qualified attorneys: Our primary purpose is to evaluate whether your inquiry may qualify for attorney review in connection with Philips CPAP / BiPAP / ventilator recall litigation and, if so, to connect you with participating attorneys ("Advertisers of Record") who may be able to handle your claim
- Respond to your questions and communicate about your inquiry
- Maintain TrustedForm consent records as required for TCPA compliance
- Improve website performance and user experience
- Comply with applicable laws and legal obligations
- Prevent fraud and maintain site security
4. Who We Share Your Information With
Ruja Media LLC may share your personal information with the following parties:
- Participating Attorneys (Advertisers of Record): When you submit our form, you consent to having your information shared with one or more attorneys or law firms designated as Advertisers of Record in the consent disclosure shown to you at the time of submission. These attorneys are named or described in the consent language you agreed to. They may use your information to evaluate and potentially handle your claim in connection with Philips CPAP / BiPAP / ventilator recall litigation.
- Service providers: Third-party vendors who assist us with website hosting, analytics, communications, consent verification, and data processing, including:
- ActiveProspect / TrustedForm: Consent verification and certificate storage
- Convex: Encrypted cloud data storage for lead records
- Cloudflare: Website hosting, CDN, and DDoS protection
- Google Analytics: Website usage analytics
- Microsoft Clarity: Session replay and heatmap analytics
- Legal compliance: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not sell your personal information to unaffiliated data brokers for their own marketing purposes. Your information is shared only with attorneys and law firms for the purpose of evaluating and potentially handling your legal claim.
5. Sensitive Health Information
The information you share on this Site may include sensitive health-related details, such as medical diagnoses, treatment history, and medication use. We take the handling of this information seriously.
Important: Ruja Media LLC is not a healthcare provider, health plan, or healthcare clearinghouse, and is therefore not a "covered entity" under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). HIPAA does not directly apply to our operations. However, we voluntarily apply the following protections to your health-related information:
- Health-related information is encrypted both in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest in our data storage systems
- Access to sensitive health data is restricted to authorized personnel and attorney partners with a legitimate need to evaluate your claim
- We do not use your health information for advertising or marketing unrelated to your legal inquiry
- We share your health information only with the attorneys and law firms you consented to be contacted by at the time of form submission
6. TCPA Consent
When you submit our contact form and check the TCPA consent checkbox, you expressly consent to be contacted by Ruja Media LLC and its participating attorney network partners (Advertisers of Record identified in the consent disclosure) by telephone (including via automatic telephone dialing systems and prerecorded or artificial voice messages), text message, email, and other electronic means at the phone number and email address you provide. Consent is not a condition of receiving services or legal evaluation. You may revoke consent at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or by replying STOP to any text message. Message and data rates may apply.
7. Do Not Call Compliance
Ruja Media LLC respects the National Do Not Call (DNC) Registry. We maintain internal do-not-call procedures and honor DNC Registry registrations. If you do not wish to be contacted by telephone, please indicate this when submitting your inquiry or contact us at [email protected] to be added to our internal do-not-call list. In some cases — particularly for litigation types with extended statutes of limitations — data may be retained for up to 7 years. TrustedForm consent certificates may be retained for up to 5 years per our agreement with ActiveProspect.
